A Multifaceted Leader with a Diverse Background. Ivette   Cano's expertise spans real estate, varsity high school softball coaching, fast pitching instruction, and ownership of a title company. She is excited to add President to her long list of achievements. Her wealth of experience and passion for motivating and developing others make her a valuable asset in any leadership role.

Ivette is dedicated to leveraging her expertise to support and mentor the Latino community, with a specific focus on helping small businesses thrive. She believes small businesses help flourish the community and encourages everyone to shop local! 

Even with a packed schedule she has seamlessly incorporated into her leadership role, she actively contributes to the marketing and events committee to ensure her vision is integrated into the chamber's activities. 

Ivette eagerly anticipates the upcoming annual women's golf outing as one of the events she is most excited about hosting. She thrives to be a welcoming presence to Latin women who need support in male run industries and sports.

She is enthusiastic about her new journey and takes pride in the chamber's female leadership, with Estefania serving as her vice president to provide additional support to the organization.
