Enhancing brand visibility and engagement growth: a nonprofit’s social media success story.
The Northwest Hispanic Chamber of Commerce is a Non-profit that aims to be the trusted resource for local Latino businesses.
Prior to the campaign NWHCC struggled to effectively engage with their audience and lacked visibility on social media platforms. I identified a need to create a sense of community and provide valuable resources to local businesses.

Objectives
Increase visibility and engagement on social media, connect with followers by addressing their needs for financial support and build a sense of community among local businesses.
Make it stand out
I introduced paid advertisements to expand our reach to a broader audience. Additionally, I incorporated organic marketing strategies by sharing different grant opportunities to support the financial requirements of our followers
I developed specific paid advertising campaigns utilizing Meta Ads, targeting the Chicagoland area and business owners. I interacted with followers through comments and messages to identify their needs for opportunities, and then shared relevant information with them.
RESULTS
RESULTS
Within the first three months, we saw a 20% boost in engagement and follower growth. This increase was driven by people connecting with NWHCC's mission, resulting in higher ticket sales for the year-end gala. It also built a strong community and received positive feedback from followers who appreciated the valuable information provided.
