Oversaw social media management for the Northwest Hispanic Chamber of Commerce, handling platforms such as Instagram, Facebook, YouTube, and TikTok. Posts primarily focused on showcasing various grants in response to follower requests. All graphic design work was personally executed by me. Additionally, I created printed advertisements to attract more memberships to the chamber and crafted separate posts to promote new members and their businesses. Regular monthly social media analyses were conducted to identify follower preferences and enhance engagement. Bi-monthly presentations were made to the board to update them on our brand's progress, gather feedback, address any challenges, and strategize on improving ticket sales.
